There really is a Vivian, and I'm usually in the kitchen.
We opened Vivian's Market Style Cafe on February 14, 2008. It's the kind of place that I've always wanted to have. It's the type of place that I would have taken my children to eat. Good home cooked foods, in a clean, casual, affordable and above all, friendly place!

What does "Market Style" mean? Well, like a market you can pick what you want: salad, coffee, muffin, meal, burger or a sandwich. With so many choices, everyone can find something they like. Students love the Chicken Tenders and Fries, Vegetarians love the Middle Eastern Wraps, Dieters love the Salad Bar and the Grilled Chicken Wraps. Children love our Macaroni & Cheese, Peanut Butter and Jelly and our Fries! Many of our regulars come in for the Daily Special meals such as: Shepherd's Pie, Stuffed Peppers and Lasagna. And, everyone loves our Thanksgiving Dinner – that's why we say every day is Thanksgiving at Vivian's!

I am grateful to my family and friends for their support and encouragement to undertake this adventure and for all their love and help along the way.
